This Ramsgate holiday home sleeps 14 comfortably in 7 bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs is en-suite and furnished with a king-size XL bed, and two downstairs rooms with queen-size beds, the other beds are single. The bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for the warm summer evenings. The living room has panoramic sea view. High definition full premium bouquet TV with the latest Explorer decoder and 50 inch flat screen makes ideal for watching sport or movies. A second lounge downstairs opens onto a grassed garden for the children to play and large private swimming pool to relax and cool off after a day on the beach. Please bring beach towels, black bags, toilet paper and dish washing liquid. A minimal amount of these items is supplied. All bed linen is provided. Security consists of armed reaction by Wolf Security, full sensors inside the house and the latest RX beams outside the house. Burglar Bars are fitted to the windows and the double garage is automated. The house has two entrances, at the main entrance there is a double automated garage for secure parking and the second entrance at the back of the property allows for ample off road gated parking for guests and a single garage plus a lock up carport. There is free internet available via a wireless router and broadband 2 Telkom ADSL line. The connection is limited to 10GB of blended data per month so it not meant for excessive downloading.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

On departure guests are required to leave the unit in a tidy state, if not, a cleaning fee of R600.00 will be deducted from the retainer deposit. If dirty dishes are not washed a washing fee of R300 will be deducted from the retainer deposit. Any damage to the property immoveable or moveable i.e., stains on linen or towels, save for wear and tear will be deducted from the retainer deposit.

No parties, gatherings or weddings allowed. The number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the maximum guests the house provides for (children inclusive).

The owner reserves the right to request a representative to remove guests if they are drunken and disorderly or cause a disturbance of the peace, in which case guests forfeit their full booking fee and retainer deposit.
