How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of one room: A cancellation fee of 50% is payable for a cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation dates and 100% for "no-shows" clients and cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date. Please note that cancellations must be made during office hours and a cancellation number should be requested by the agent.
Cancellation of two or more rooms : A cancellation fee of 50% is payable for a cancellation made within 72 hours. A fee of 100% is charged thereafter for the first three nights. Please note that cancellations have to be made during office hours. The reservation office will provide a cancellation number.
