This spacious double-storey home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.; ; Each of the three bedrooms features a double bed. The main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom, also fitted with a shower. For additional guests, the upstairs lounge area provides a double bed, accommodating a seventh and eighth guest.; ; On the ground floor, guests will find a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with essential appliances, including a fridge, microwave, oven with stove, chest freezer, and a dining table with ample seating.; ; The adjoining living area boasts a double-sided fireplace, which can also function as an indoor braai area, and opens onto the front patio. Parking is conveniently available both on and off the street.

1. Reservation and Payment
- A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
2. Check-In/Check-Out
- Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
-The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
- Check-in is from 3 p.m.
- Check-out is 10 a.m.
3. Occupancy
- At no time may the number of guests occupying the home exceed the number reflected in the reservation.
-Our property is not pet-friendly unless specified otherwise.
4. House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. If smoking outside, ensure all windows and doors are closed.
- Please note that this is a self-catering unit and not serviced during your stay.
- Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours 22:00 and 6:00
5. Damages and Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Liability
- The property owner and managing agent are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your stay.
- Guests are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.
7. Force Majeure
- The property owner is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa and The Western Cape Provincial Government.
9. Amendments
- The property owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes prior to their arrival.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
