From O.R. Tambo International Airport – Johannesburg (N12) - 130kms
• Take R21 “Boksburg” lane out of the airport grounds and continue with this road until the N12 exit to Emalahleni (Witbank). Turn right at this exit to Emalahleni.
• After passing the town of Emalahleni, continue with this road (N12) through the Toll Gate and then past the Shell Ultra City.
• 2kms after the Shell Ultra City, take the “Middelburg West/Van Dyksdrift” exit left off the highway.
• Turn left at the top of the exit and follow the signs into Middelburg. (11kms)
• At the 6th traffic light, turn left into Cowen Ntuli Street. (At this traffic light, there is a BP Garage on your left).
• Continue with Cowen Ntuli St, crossing over West St into the residential area of Gholfsig. Travel with Cowen Ntuli Street until the Stop sign.
• Turn right into Van Wyk Louw (Malin town houses on your left) and then right again into Dalene Matthee Street.
• Birches Guest House is No 8 Dalene Matthee Street, on the right. Press the Intercom for gates to open.
From Pretoria (Tshwane) (N4) )- 130kms
• Take the N4 to Emalahleni (Witbank) out of Pretoria.
• After passing the town of Emalahleni, continue with this road (N12) through the Toll Gate and then past the Shell Ultra City.

• Take the 2nd exit off the highway which is “Samora Machel St” (used to be Fontein St).
• Travel into Middelburg with this road (about 9 kms) arriving at a 3-way intersection with a Total Garage on your left. Turn left into Cowen Ntuli Street.
• Continue with Cowen Ntuli St, crossing over Lilian Ngoyi S (Mac D on right), John Magagula St, O.R. Tambo St, Walter Sisulu St and West St into the residential area of Gholfsig. Travel with Cowen Ntuli Street until the Stop sign.
• Turn right into Van Wyk Louw (Malin town houses on your left) and then right again into Dalene Matthee Street.

From Ermelo (N11)
• Continue with the N11 to Middelburg until the 4-way intersection with the Midway Inn Hotel directly in front of you.Turn left at this intersection and continue into town with this road becoming Cowen Ntuli Street.
• Continue with Cowen Ntuli St, crossing over Lilian Ngoyi S (Mac D on right), John Magagula St, O.R. Tambo St, Walter Sisulu St and West St into the residential area of Gholfsig. Travel with Cowen Ntuli Street until the Stop sign.
