This Exclusive Use Holiday Apartment has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for a self-catering vacation. The living area has comfortable seating, a TV with satellite channels and a dining table for six guests. The balcony has pleasant views of the pool and gardens, an ideal setting to enjoy your meals on the balcony. There is one shaded parking bay per apartment with remote access and 24hour security. Housekeeping can be booked at a nominal fee. All bedding and towels are changed after three nights. Pool and beach towels are not provided.

If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
