How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
7 days or less prior to arrival - full cost of booking will be required. 7 - 14 days prior to arrival 50% of total stay required; 14 - 21 days before arrival 25% of deposit will be forfeited. More than 21 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee.
