We accept no liability to you or your guests for any expenses and costs incurred during your/their stay at our unit(s)/establishment(s) - incl but not limited to cost for alternative accommodation, where you as guests have complained about accommodation or the services provided at the resort, unless prior authorisation has been given by us for such costs to be incurred.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• Once off Standard 15% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
• Cancellations received in writing more then 50 days prior to arrival - 25% cancellation fee applies
• 31 - 49 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee applies
• 20 - 30 days prior to arrival - 75% cancellation fee applies
• 19 days or less prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies
• No shows - 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellations must be requested in writing via email
