How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
50% cancellation fee is applicable if the booking is cancelled 29-45 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee is applicable if the booking is cancelled 0-28 days prior to arrival Changes to reservations will only be accepted in writing.
