When we booked, the website did not reveal much and we booked with mixed feelings. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Our hosts were amazing and made us feel at home in an instant! We liked the rustic décor of the reception area and the gardens were well kept. The ablutions were neat and clean and had plenty of hot water for showering. Everyone had a designated toilet/shower allocated. The campsites each had a wash basin and prep table with electricity. There was plenty of shade and full grass cover and also a big round slab for making fire! They are doing their bit for the environment and 4 bins were provided for glass, plastic, tins and organics (used for making compost!) Each camping spot is also separated from the others by a rustic wooden fence. We can highly recommend The Growcery

Dis 'n fantastiese plek. Kan dit aanbeveel vir enige iemand. Die diens is puik, asook ons ete. Die chick chaks is pragtig en heerlik om in te slaap.
