The Links 7 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom. The apartment has an open plan living area which has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a Smart TV. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, one aircon and a roof fan. A lock-up garage is available for guests. This property boasts a 5.5kW inverter coupled with a powerful 5kW battery system. This combination ensures uninterrupted functionality of essential household appliances during load-shedding, providing peace of mind even in times of power outages. Notably high load appliances will not be operational during load-shedding, including the geyser and oven/stove.
