Lying nestled at the feet of the eastern slopes of the Kologha Mountains, the little town of Stutterheim is on the N6 to East London, is easy to reach, and is situated in one of the most naturally beautiful parts of the country. From East London on the N6 come into Stutterheim and turn left at the traffic lights into Hill Street. (If coming from Bloemfontein turn right). Carry on straight down the road onto the dirt road. There is very clear signage to follow from there. After approximately 2 km of dirt road the road forks, go right and carry on straight until reaching the sign indicating another right turn.
