The River House offers spacious comfort with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, all set to accommodate up to ten guests with ease. A beautifully designed, open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped, including a dishwasher, allowing you to prepare meals while socializing in the adjacent dining and lounge area. The cozy living space also features a large TV and an indoor fireplace/braai area, creating an inviting atmosphere for evenings in. The living area opens onto a garden with stacker doors leading to a river-facing deck, perfect for soaking in the tranquil views of the Sunday River. On the opposite side of the house, a refreshing swimming pool awaits in the backyard. Additional amenities include air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and secure parking. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the direct river access, providing the opportunity for canoeing, boating, and other watersports.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
