From receptionist to departure = excellent! A nostalgic, comfortable and perfect stay = right on the beach

Something different, right on the beach. When you arrive at the Santos Express it felt like your holiday started. The check in went well. They followed Covid 19 protocol. Our compartments were nice, overlook the beach. The Santos restaurant was also good. Their food was fabulous and tasty, we enjoyed our lunch here. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the whole experience was worthwhile. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

My wife and I stayed in a Royal suite. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Breakfast good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Floor warm during cold weather outside.

We stayed with our 2 kids in a royal suite, 1 kid slept with us in our kingsize bed. The room is super, we even had a place to zit outside. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which were both not good. The sparkling wine was sweet though we asked for a dry one. All the he food (even the fish) was covered with cheese. Not a nice tast. The breakfast is really simple and the warm breakfast took more then 20 minutes to arrive. Also not tasty.

what a fabulous place, feeling the sea breeze in a classical wooden train, i will definitely come back in march, staff was also very friendly, except for the fact that there was no bath as advertised, only shower, but overall it was fantastic stay.
