How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival: Forfeits the full deposit.
Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: Forfeits 75% of the deposit.
Cancellation 14 to 21 days prior to arrival: Forfeits 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation 21 to 28 days prior to arrival: Forfeits 25% of the deposit.
Non arrivals pay full accommodation charge.
