How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following terms apply:
20% From confirmation to 46 days prior
50% 31 - 45 days prior
80% 8 - 30 days prior
100% 1 - 7 days prior
