Children of all ages are welcome.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
0-14 days before date of arrival; visitor forfeits 100% of any amount paid. In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking fee
No-show we charge the full value of the original invoice, as this blocks us from taking new bookings
Cancellation policy conference and functions:
1. Any Cancellation must be done in writing via fax or e-mail
2. A cancellation fee of 50% of the pro forma invoice will apply if the conference is cancelled within 15 days of the event
3. A cancellation fee of 100% of the pro-forma invoice will apply if the conference is cancelled within 5 working days before the event
Timosha reserves the right to cancel any conference or function in the event of its inability to carry it out, due to any occurrence beyond its control. In such an event an alternative date can/ will be arranged accordingly
