This apartment building is located on Beach Road in Strand. The units have a full sea view of False Bay and the Hottentot Holland Mountain range. The building has a heated swimming pool, gym, steam bath and a private theatre. The apartment has two en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. Ample storage space is provided in the built-in cupboards. There is an open plan living / dining room with a gourmet kitchen which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. All units benefit from air conditioning and underfloor heating. Additional Facilities: TV with DStv is provided and there is one undercover parking bay. Please note that bed linen is provided but guests should please bring their own bath and beach towels.
