Very neat place to stay. Staff friendly.

The venue and facilities was run down and the shower head in our bathroom badly installed and ineffective. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly and the food very tasty.

Had a lovely stay. Unfortunately the air conditioner in the room did not work properly,. One of the electric blankets was faulty, but was replaced immediately by the friendly staff.

Excellent hospitality, great pool and delicious food! The rooms are adequate but basic.

We were very impressed with the friendly and caring staff. The food was homely and delicious all 9 of us enjoyed our meals. It was great to relax by the pool and enjoyed chilling after a long drive.

Umtali 's staff were very friendly and competent. Our unit was very clean and comfortable.

Nearly every year i come back to Umtali. The staff are very friendly. The room are comfortable and the breakfast is very nice.

After an 8 hour drive the lovely cool pool was very welcome. Unfortunately we found that as it was the weekend and with very few guests staying the kitchen was closed so we were unable to have an evening meal in the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious if a little old-fashioned. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had a nice breakfast.

It was like i'm in another place it's beautiful outside and inside.Their customer service was excellent.
