How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: Total cost of the reservation.
15 - 21 days prior to arrival: 75% of the reservation.
22 - 28 days prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation.
In the event of a no show: The total cost of the reservation will be charged for.
