Utopia is a spacious winelands villa, perfect for a group getaway, with a private pool and sweeping views of the vineyards, lagoon and mountains. Utopia 199 has five en-suite bedrooms, three furnished with King-size beds and two furnished with a Queen-size bed. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. One of the bathrooms also has a bath. Fully equipped kitchen / dining area with a washing machine, dryer and modern appliances. There is an indoor braai. Spacious living areas include the dining room, lounge and pajama lounge, with log fire. Wi-Fi is available throughout.
