How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, the appropriate policy will be applied for fees due:

• Cancellation within 30 days of the start of the booking: 100 % of full cost of stay
• Cancellation between 31 and 45 days before the start of the stay: 75% of full cost of stay
• Cancellation between 46 and 60 days before the start of the stay: 50% of full cost of stay
