The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom is also fitted with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom with a shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble-dryer. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, is fitted with a Smart TV offering Netflix, and the apartment comes with air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi for your comfort. Undercover parking is available for smaller vehicles, with Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and braai area within the complex. Please note, the path leading down to the beach from the pool area is steep, but an alternative, more accessible route is available near the parking area on the south side of the complex. Villa Royale sits on a scenic cliff, offering unparalleled ocean views.

14 to 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of total rental
Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of rental.
We will, however, endeavour to re-let your accommodation, and if successful, your liability to pay the cancellation fee will cease and any balances (including your deposit) will be refunded to you.
