Villa Royale 402 accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom provides two single beds—perfect for children or additional guests. Two bathrooms serve the apartment, one with a shower and the other with a bath. Please note that towels are not provided, so guests are encouraged to bring their own. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The spacious lounge area opens onto a balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Indian Ocean. For entertainment, the apartment includes a TV with a DSTV access point compatible with both Explora and standard decoders—simply bring your own decoder, smart card, and necessary cables. Wi-Fi is available, allowing you to stay connected, and guests are welcome to bring a laptop and HDMI cable for additional viewing options.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
56 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of total rental
28 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of total rental.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of total rental.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of rental.
We will, however, endeavour to re-let your accommodation, and if successful, your liability to pay the cancellation fee will cease and any balances (including your deposit) will be refunded to you.
