Villa Royale 710 can accommodate six guests and offers stunning views of the sea. There are two bedrooms furnished with King-size beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and bath and the other with a shower. There are air-conditioners in the lounge and the main bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. Toilet paper, small dishwashing liquid, hand soap and black bags provided on arrival only. The apartment also offers a TV with OVHD DStv decoder and a DVD-player. There is no smart TV so guests should bring their laptop with HDMI cable. There is free Wi-Fi available.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
56 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of total rental
28 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of total rental.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of total rental
Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of rental.
We will, however, endeavour to re-let your accommodation, and if successful, your liability to pay the cancellation fee will cease and any balances (including your deposit) will be refunded to you.
