From the N2 take George Rex Drive towards Pezula, The Heads, Leisure Isle. Continue past Pezula & Leisure Isle turn-offs towards the Heads until you go over a speed bump. Take the first left-hand road (signposted Viewpoint & Coney Glen Drive). If you get to a traffic circle [roundabout] you have gone too far.
Follow this road all the way up the hill as it winds up to the top, eventually arriving at The Lookout.
Turn right into The Lookout car park and Villa Seaview is directly on the left hand side. Park in the driveway.
