The Voelvlei House is a freestanding, modern farm house in Prince Alfred Hamlet with a fenced-off garden, salt-water pool, and situated close to the foot of the mountain. There are four bedrooms, two are furnished with a King-size bd and two are furnished with three single beds each. There are three bathrooms fitted with a bath / shower, toilet and basin. Linen and towels are provided. There is a fully equipped spacious and modern kitchen with a glass-top stove / oven, microwave, fridge, chest freezer and separate scullery with dish washer. The living area has a dining table, fireplace, a TV with DStv and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a vine covered patio overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There are braai facilities and an enclosed garden with big lawn and private salt-water pool, close to the foot of the mountain.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
