Walters Lane House has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed as well as a TV, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a double basin and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed which can be converted to two single beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms have a single bed and a tri-bunk bed, respectively. Downstairs is the second bathroom which is shared between the rooms and has a bath and a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and a tumble-dryer are available in the laundry room located next to the kitchen. The living area has a table tennis table, comfortable couches and a TV with streaming services and a game console. The landing upstairs has a foosball table as well as a workstation with a computer and access to free Wi-Fi. It opens onto a deck that boasts stunning views, a gas braai, and a cosy lounge area. The indoor braai area leads to the heated swimming pool. The home also has a well-equipped gym. Parking is available on-site for two cars. The accommodation has solar power to avoid loadshedding.
