The self catering Waterfront Stays 102 holiday apartment has one bedroom furnished with a King-size bed (can be converted to two single beds on request). Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower / bath combo. There is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. The lounge is comfortably furnished and also has a plasma TV with full DStv bouquet as well as a DVD playerand uncapped Wi-Fi. Waterfront Stays 102 has a large patio with loungers and a six seater table with beautiful views over the canal and the Cape Grace.

Children of all ages are welcome. A cot is available on request. Children to be under adult supervision at all times.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
