The Off Water Flatlet has its own entrance. It is a bedsitter type unit with a galley kitchen. There are 2 single beds which can be made up into a Queen-size on request and two comfortable chairs. The unit has a large en-suite bathroom with shower. It does not have a view. It can interlead internally with the main flatlet, ideal for family or friends.

The Budget Flatlet has its own entrance and a distant view of the water. There is an open plan en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two chairs, a table, microwave, toaster, kettle and small fridge. Direct access to covered patio, chairs, table and braai down on the water's edge.

Main waterside flatlet has its own entrance and living room with a galley type kitchen. There are four steps up to the bedroom section which has a double bed and separate en-suite bathroom with a shower only. There is a patio leading from the living room with a wonderful view down the waterway to the mountains.
