Stunning view, excellent room, charming hosts and delicious breakfast! Highly recommended!

Stanley and Lainey have just a marvellous establishment- tastefully decorated and beautifully situated. We were kindly upgraded to the suite and it couldn't have been better. The heated floors in the bathroom were so welcomed after a chilly boat ride! The views were stunning, with whales frolicking in the bay continuously 150m in front of us. At one point we wondered if they had tethered one to the spot...ha. We were given great suggestions for supper locations and reservations were also made on our behalf. Breakfasts were beautifully presented, generous and very tastey with many homemade preserves. Of course everything tastes great with a view as well. We hope to return again, and have encouraged some friends to spend some time there too,

If you want vibrant night life - don't stay here. We had a wonderful peaceful stay at the end of our 25 day South African Holiday. The views from the terrace were spectacular - in fact we sat most of the time with binoculars, a glass of wine or a cup of tea and then we either ate in (wonderful food served alternate nights) or wandered along the tiny road to a small restaurant nearby for dinner. Lunch was next door at a small cafe/restaurant. Stanley and Lainey were very friendly though not intrusive and couldn't have been more helpful. They provide thoughtful touches such as books on the area and sets of binoculars for those without. The service at all times was exceptional and we can't wait to return.
