Sumptuous custom designed furniture, fabrics and finishes give this expansive double-volume ceiling house, understated class and elegance. The upstairs main house features two exclusively superior bedrooms with 180 degree sea views. There are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms in total. Four of the bedrooms have King-size beds and two have Queen-size beds. The seventh bedroom has a single bed and bunk bed. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two lounges one which is the entertainment area with a surround sound flat screen TV with satellite channels and the other for relaxing, reading in front of a cozy fireplace. There is an outdoor entertainment area for relaxing, reading and staring out at fishing boats on the horizon and the chance to spot whales and dolphins from a luxurious armchair. The swimming pool has a safety cover. Gas and wood braai facilities are provided. A double garage provides secure parking and there is also off street parking for four cars.
