Bathed in sunlight, this inviting property is just a short stroll from the supermarket, popular dining spots, the beach, and the lagoon.; ; Inside, you'll find a modern, beautifully designed kitchen, a secure garage, and a dedicated outdoor barbecue (braai) area for relaxed entertaining.; ; Each of the three bedrooms includes its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, providing privacy and convenience. Two of the bedrooms offer scenic views of a lush forest, rich with vibrant birdlife, creating a peaceful retreat. This home perfectly balances a sense of tranquility with the convenience of a central location.

1. Reservation and Payment
- A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
2. Check-In/Check-Out
- Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
-The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
- Check-in is from 3 p.m.
- Check-out is 10 a.m.
3. Occupancy
- At no time may the number of guests occupying the home exceed the number reflected in the reservation.
-Our property is not pet-friendly unless specified otherwise.
4. House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. If smoking outside, ensure all windows and doors are closed.
- Please note that this is a self-catering unit and not serviced during your stay.
- Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours 22:00 and 6:00
5. Damages and Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Liability
- The property owner and managing agent are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your stay.
- Guests are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.
7. Force Majeure
- The property owner is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa and The Western Cape Provincial Government.
9. Amendments
- The property owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes prior to their arrival.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
