Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Fly fishing is charged at R150pp per day, dawn to dusk with 3 rods max at any one time - own equipment essential and payable upfront

Travelling with children?
Children 6 years and older are welcome due to the proximity of the dam, jacuzzi off your patio area & a very steep open wooden staircase with a balustrade up to the Loft Bedroom inside of the cottage. Tractors, farm equipment and dogs can be a little overwhelming for the little ones.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Penalties may apply in the event of cancellation. The property's cancellation policy will be provided on your quote and sent with your booking confirmation.
