Travelling with children?
The units sleeps two adults only and are not ideal for children.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival, we will retain your full deposit amount.
If you cancel your booking before this period (8 days prior or more), you will be liable for a cancellation fee. Your cancellation fee will consist of 25% of your booking fee and associated bank charges.
If you cancel your booking 30 days prior to your stay, we will refund your full deposit exclusive of associated bank charges.
No shows will be charged for the full accommodation.
All cancellations need to be emailed directly to Aviva Accommodation in writing to ensure that your booking is cancelled immediately and documented.
