Great value for money, clean and very comfortable. Throughout our stay (six nights) nothing was too much trouble for Megan and her team who continually went the proverbial extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, enjoying our stay and getting the most out of our visit to Cape Town. A very conveniently located little gem.

Aviva is a really cosy, home-like place with excellent dedicated people. My stay was incredible and I definitely want to come back. It is amazing. You've done a great job!  I think that the house was really good the last time I stayed here but now it is amazing!

We stayed at the Aviva Accommodation in one of the newly decorated rooms and to say they are nice is an understatement! The very large and comfy bed provides a perfect night's sleep, the spacious and stylish en-suite bathroom is amazing and the attention to detail with the accessories and colour scheme are fantastic!  The accommodation is really large with many communal areas and the outside area has a brilliant swimming pool with plenty of room to just lay and relax. The location was perfect for us, with breath-taking views across to Table Mountain and Cape Town City just a 10 minute walk away at the beach as well as many restaurants and bars on your doorstep. To get into the city centre was only around a 20 minute drive! The two ladies that looked after the accommodation (Megan & Michelle) were really friendly and helped us organise taxis and book attractions. If you are travelling to Cape Town, then this is the perfect place to stay!
