This is definitely home away from home if not better than that. Excelllent service and hassle free everything!!! My kids enjoyed their stay and did not want to go back home. My husband was extremely impressed - next time we are in Durban we definitely staying at the Bougainvillea!! Thanks Yvonne and staff - Gugu was excellent even though we never got to see her!!! :-))
