After an emergency situation and the resulting misunderstanding we settled nicely at the place. The rooms were bigger than expected and cozy and clean. The reception was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the patio and braai area and the swings that were placed all over the farm. We had a nice chat with the host's parents, they were very helpful. Unfortunately there were no pets roaming around as it said and the whole place felt deserted. The noise from the road was rather loud during the day. As the weather got cloudy some rooms got very dark as the lights were dim. We eat a simple breakfast at the farm stall which was delicious and the owner was very friendly and open for suggestions. We also found it rather expensive (R 400 for 5 people).
