Our family arrived at Hawklee in the midst of a snow storm. From the moment, we arrived the hosts did everything possible to ensure we were taken care of. We had a lovely stay and the food was delicious.

We had the most amazing weekend at Hawklee Country house. The hosts Tanya and Shaun were incredible. Our room was so comfortable and cosy. The food was delicious and so well presented. We had a picnic arranged for us. It was delicious and so well put together. Right down to wet cloths to wipe our hands on. Every need was attended to, and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a relaxing special time away, Hawklee Country House is well worth a visit.

Friendly and accommodating hosts, allow you your own space to do your thing and rooms are beautiful. The setting is so peaceful with the river running through it and walk paths.

Beautiful place situated by the Lion River. Comfortable and pretty chalet. Delicious food. We came for a wedding so friends from outside joined us for breakfast and we enjoyed being together. The owners organised a big table for us. Well very good stay and we'll come back .
