Walking into the stylish decorated villa, the ocean view takes your breath away at first sight. Open plan kitchen to the right and dining area to the left make for easy tranquil meals with the best views in the house. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, pots, pans, cutlery etc. There is a full size electric oven, four ring electric hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The open plan area continues on to the inviting lounge that opens out to the patio and ocean. Kick your feet up, relax and take in the magnificent view lounging on a large comfortable 4 seater leather couch and 2 traditional Malawian chairs. A brand new 43 inch Flat Screen TV matched with a sound bar and DStv package will keep you entertained whilst under the cool breeze of a ceiling fan. Fin oil heaters will keep you warm and toasty with your coffee in our winter months. Take a step out of the lounge and onto the patio, welcoming panoramic sea views! The patio provides a social walk in 6 seater picnic table/bench and deck umbrella. Watch the whales frolic and nurse their calves in the shelter of the rocks in front of you whilst entertaining over a Weber braai / bbq. Fall asleep to the tranquil crashing waves. The beach house has 3 spacious bedrooms boasting luxury white linens for your comfort, ample cupboard room and ocean themed decor. The first two bedrooms are fitted with comfortable queen-size beds and are glamourized with uninterrupted views of the ocean. The third bedroom has two single beds with a quaint garden view. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and 1 family bathroom. Bathrooms contain separate shower and bath, basin, toilet and all of which are decked out with luxury soft towelling.
