Location is absolutely top and the apartment is in a good shape. The outfit/facilities (not the lines though!) are rather on the cheap side (antique oven, non-stick pan broken, no mixing taps on the wash basins, shower doors unhinged, amount of small spoons, etc.) but overall it is good value for money and we would come back.
