Wake up in the morning, feeling comfy in your percale cotton linen with mountain views from the queen-size bed. The bathroom with shower, basin and toilet provides hot water from solar with a back-up wood burning donkey heater. The lounge has a couch, table and chairs for eating dinner by the fireplace (or breakfast with a view) and there's a bookshelf filled with all manner of interesting books. The cottage is clean and cozy, with a large fireplace indoors for chilly winter nights and there is an outside rustic fire pit close to the cottage for appreciating the calm beautiful evenings, braai grids are available to use. There's not much that beats stargazing on a clear night in the Karoo. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with quality pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, a gas stove-oven and small gas fridge. Free Wi-Fi is available on the farm from the owner's cottage at any time.
