How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
A charge of R100 per room levied on cancellation, at all times.
25 % of total cost of stay is charged if cancelled 30 to 60 days before arrival date.
50 % of total cost of stay is charged if cancelled 15 to 30 days before arrival date.
100 % of total cost of stay is charged if cancelled 1 to 15 days before arrival date.
If the booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the date of arrival, no refund of deposit. If rooms are re-let a refund may be made.
