The Tides 6B is a self catering holiday apartment in Umzumbe sleeping four guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second room is furnished with a double bed. One en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. One en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The open plan living area has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv channels and Wi-Fi (on request). The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering stay including two fridge / freezers and a utility room with a washing machine. Outside there is a large veranda with a Jacuzzi and braai facilities. Secure parking is available on site. The apartment is connected to a borehole so there are no issues with water.

The owners shall not be held liable for any interruption of basic services supplied by the local council, nor for natural disasters, any occurrence beyond our control or renovations taking place at The Tides. No refunds of accommodation fees shall be made.

The owners shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any guests or visitors or their belongings due to theft, fire, natural disasters or any other cause whatsoever.

Pertinent Policies

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. An extra charge of R140 per child per night from the ages 0-12, over 13 full price.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Deposits are non-refundable for non-arrivals or cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
20% will be deducted from deposits if bookings are cancelled more than 31 days before date of arrival.
Guests are liable for the full amount of period booked, regardless of early check out or late arrival.
