Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
45 – 30 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
29 – 15 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee
14 – 1 day prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
All no shows whether FIT or Group will be charged 100% cancellation fees
