Should you need to cancel your booking please send an email including the reference number and/or name of the establishment as well as your reason for cancelling to support@sa-venues.com and our team will assist you further.
Each establishment has their own policy with regards to cancellations and refunds. You will find these details on your confirmation (email and guest dashboard). Please remember to check these so as to avoid any confusion. Please note that refunds are always allocated back to the credit card which was used to make the payment. This is an important security measure when dealing with online purchases.
